The positive points of this review are for Kevin and Tammy ONLY. I cannot express that enough. Kevin and Tammy are a credit to their profession. Before Kevin and Tammy took over the sale my experience was the worst buying experience of my life. This was my first new car and first time buying from an auto dealership; what few cars I have purchased have been used and purchased from friends. However, I have been riding motorcycles for over thirty years, ten different motorcycles, all purchased new at motorcycle dealerships and never have I experienced anything even close to what I experienced at Paradise Chevrolet. After a week of being shuffled around from one sales person to another while tying to assure that everything would be ready when I traveled over a hundred miles to purchase the car Jerwin finally became the point man. Jerwin either lied, ignored my requests and requirements, or exhibited an extraordinary and unforgivable level of incompetence. I was halfway to Temecula when I was called and informed that Jerwin couldn't arrange to have the options installed in the time frame he promised and in fact the parts were not even in stock. I vented my frustration to Steve and later asked Tammy to pass on my apologies to him. Jerwin should have been the person to call me, not Steve. The next day, Jimmy refused to let me leave a message for Tammy, whom I had been working with the night before, and took the opportunity to threaten me by telling me he would falsely report my loaner as stolen. Jimmy's behavior, threatening to file a false stolen vehicle report to the police required me to contact the police myself and inform them of the threat that was made. THey assured me that any attempt to file a false report would be prosecuted to the full extent and the sale person and dealership could both lose their licenses. Jimmy and Jerwin are a disgrace; living up to every "sleazy car salesman" cliche that exists.Kevin was the complete opposite and a credit to his profession. By the time it was all over, Tammy and Kevin were the only people at this dealership I wanted to speak to. I will describe more details of my experience with Jimmy and Jerwin in a letter being mailed to General Motors' corporate officers. Again, Kevin and Tammy saved the day. Kevin went so far (literally) as to drive over 100 miles to deliver my new car so I would not have to deal with anyone else at this dealership. More

We went back to Ryan Tracy because he had done such an outstanding job when we bought our Cadillac a year ago. This time we also worked with Josh Rice. I ike this dealership because they tell it like it is. I pointed out a competitor's advertisement to Steve Burchfield and he took the time to look it up and explain the details of this competitor's misleading advertisement. I strongly recommend this dealership and the guys I mentioned in my review. This is the second vehicle I buy from Paradise and they can count on my business the next time I buy a car. More

We went to the dealership with the intention of possibly trading in my husbands truck for a bigger truck.
