My husband and I are full-time RVers we have a 1999 Jeep Wrangler that we intended to set up to flat tow behind our RV, due to some issues with the Jeep we decided we would set up our Chevy Trax that we had just purchased in July 2018. After much research we found out that the Trax could not be flat towed but the Chevy Equinox rated very well, so I called Jonathan. I was very specific as to what I wanted, right down to the color. Jonathan started looking and when he found exactly what I wanted he called me. My husband and I went in this last Sunday test drove the Equinox and loved it, best of all we will be able to flat tow it behind our RV. In just a few short hours we were able to make a deal and we were on our way. Between Jonathan, his sales manager Mike and Ryan in finance we were very pleased with the whole experience. They were all so friendly and made the experience so easy. If I could give Jonathan a higher rating than 5 stars I would. I highly recommend paradise and Jonathan is the absolute best. The following day I returned to complete my transaction with a very small time frame due to family obligations and he hustled his butt off to make sure I was able to leave on time. Mallory was far superior to the salesman who sold me my previous Chevy back in Chicago and I felt that my needs were a priority not just sale. More

Highly professional staff, fantastic deal I went to Paradise Chevrolet this past Friday afternoon in response to a call regarding the upcoming end of my lease. I met with Joel Flores who was very prompt, polite and professional. Joel and my former sales rep, Chris Perez, worked to get me into the new Equinox that I wanted. They quickly gathered all necessary information, and presented my needs to the finance dept. Don Figgs, the manager who arranged the terrific deal on the Equinox I was about to turn back in to the dealership, came out and arranged the deal on the new Equinox. He got me another great deal -- far too good to turn down. Though I had enjoyed driving the 2016 Equinox for three years, the new 2019 model is a definite upgrade. Everyone at the dealership was quick, knowledgeable, polite, highly professional and totally focused on getting me into the new car with the best deal possible. They're great to work with, and I recommend them highly, especially Joel Flores -- a real pro. More

I also explained my budget was probably more of a nice Honda range across the street and I probably would some day own a Cadillac. He suggested I test drive the one I really liked and I thought sure, why not.. Four hours later, I drove out with my 2018 XT5, for about the same price as a high-end Honda.
