Ryan was great to work with. This was the third vehicle we have purchased here. Staff is always friendly. This time was definitely the longest it has taken. The Managers did a meeting mid day which basically halted the process. Was told it would be 15-20 mins to get the numbers and it took over an hour, due to the meeting. That was annoying but still every interaction with the staff was positive. Ryan was quick getting the vehicle and made the paperwork process quick and easy. I will definitely continue to get my future vehicles here. Thank you! More

We recently bought a Nissan Frontier from EP. I would like to commend Ryan, our salesperson, for his helpful and professional manner. He gets an A! Unfortunately, when we returned home with I would like to commend Ryan, our salesperson, for his helpful and professional manner. He gets an A! Unfortunately, when we returned home with the truck, we realized that it did not have a front license plate holder (as you know, front license plates are required in CO). We called on it and found that we would have to pay for it. My husband spent several hours and $40.00 finding one. We were told by your corporate office that we didn't need an appt. to have it attached to the vehicle. However, when my husband arrived at EP, he was told he DID need an appt. (a wasted trip). I feel that if you're selling cars in CO that you should be providing the buyers with vehicles that meet state requirements at no extra cost to the buyer. I would be reluctant to recommend EP to others or use your service department for this reason. More
