My first lease experience. What a great car I was not looking forward to the process of getting another vehicle. It can be an unpleasant experience. It turned out to be just the opposite. From when I first walked through the door and being greeted until the next day when I drove off the lot with my vehicle, Everything was explained to me in detail and I had plenty of questions and they were all answered. Even with picking up vehicle and Ryn went over everything about the car.. Eli was very helpful with the financial process of the transaction. Its been 11 years since I bought my previous car and so much has changed since that time. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a car. More

Ryn was my sales associate and he was helpful, understanding, and offered me great advice. I expressed my needs and my budget, and Ryn went out and selected the perfect car on the very first try. Having no experience in car buying whatsoever, Ryn really took his time to break everything down and to make sure that I understood everything fully, and that I was completely confident and happy with my decision. He was more than patient and genuine and even followed up with me after the purchase to see if I needed any help or additional advice. Given my lack of credit, Eli in financing worked extremely hard to find a bank that would work with me in my situation and he managed to find me a very reasonable loan. I cannot thank the staff enough for turning what I thought was going to be a very scary and nerve wrecking experience into an easy and enjoyable one. Having always heard horror stories about being a first time car buyer, I can say 100% that during no point did I ever feel taken advantage of for my lack of knowledge. I didn't feel like I was being talked down to or like I was being sold, and that was one of my biggest concerns. Ryn and Eli genuinely care about their customers and will go to tremendous lengths to make sure that the customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. Kelly Honda is an excellent place to purchase a car and I cannot say enough good things about them! More

Great salesman We were looking for a used car - didn't really know what exactly we wanted. Our first stop was Kelly Honda and Ryn Benson was our salesman. We test drove a Nissan and a Honda, but weren't absolutely sold on either car and we were ready to leave. Ryn got us to sit down again and go over their list of other used cars. We came upon a 2013 VW Passat which sounded good, so we went for another test drive and as soon as my husband drove the car around the block he knew it was the car for him. Since we bought the car I've called Ryn on 3 occasions to ask questions and he's been able to answer them immediately or he's gotten back to me within a couple of hours with the answer. We had a problem with the driver's door lock and he arranged for the service and to give us a loaner car if necessary (it wasn't). He was almost entirely responsible for us staying long enough to buy the car and he's been terrific since then. Highly recommended!! More

Going to places like these, I would expect them to try and work something out, no matter what. Then, I came to Kelly Honda and Ryn was able to help me out. I didn't get the car I wanted at first because of my credit. Ryn and Eli tried their best to help me at least get a car, I can get approved for. I test drove the 2014 Honda Civic LX and fell in love with it. It was better than nothing, though this car will help my credit. And while I was test driving, Ryn told me, "Drive it like you stole it!" and I stole it right out of their inventory. (Just kidding, this will be a long relation$hip.) Thank you, Ryn and Eli! More
