Ryn Benson gave great customer service from the moment he greeted me to long after I received the car--answering final questions and checking on last details. He was respectful, honest, patient, and even fun to talk to throughout the process. I recommend he get a pay increase and more responsibility! When it came to financing my car, the dealership tried to get me a better interest rate than my credit union, and in the end it was pretty comparable! I chose to finance with my own credit union, but it's worth investigating if your bank isn't offering you very good terms. The only way this could have been a more rewarding experience would be to have paid a lower price for the car, but I am satisfied overall that I got a good deal on a reliable vehicle that will last me for years and still have high resale value if/when I choose to sell or trade it in.
