The salesperson Ryn Benson was an absolute pleasure to deal with! Very professional, yet low key and friendly. It was also a pleasure dealing with Kyle Milan, the finance manager, whom I had dealt with in the past and who was a pleasure to work with back then as well. With my recent transaction, Kyle made the entire process run smoothly and within the timeframe I was looking for. It was a no hassle, smooth flowing process! Truth be told, In the past, many years ago, I was not as pleased with some of the experiences I had had with sales or financial managers (with the exception of Kyle), who were there at the time, and who are no longer working at that location. However, this most recent experience was actually the best experience that I’ve had to date at Kelly Honda! I've noticed a great improvement in the quality of the customer service, now as compared to the past. Because of that, I look forward to working with Kelly Honda in Lynn MA in the future. More
