about the service advisors. However, management recently changed their policy on percent-off coupons. They only apply the percent-off to labor, but n

They only apply the percent-off to labor, but not to parts, even though the coupon does not say "labor only". Previously, the coupon applied to everything except sales tax. They also started charging an extra 3% for using a credit card to pay for service. In addition, they have recently raised the prices substantially on every category of service except oil changes. I am tired of paying extra to cover this dealer's interest payments on all those cars sitting on the lot, so I will be looking elsewhere for future service.
