I had originally brought my 2024 Subaru in for an oil change & tire leak. I initially spent a couple hours waiting to have that work completed - which it wasn't. I had to wait a week (with a diagnosed le change & tire leak. I initially spent a couple hours waiting to have that work completed - which it wasn't. I had to wait a week (with a diagnosed leak in my tire) before I could get the tire replaced. It took about an additional hour for them to replace & balance the tire. That's a total of nearly 100 miles travel to & from both appointments + over 1/2 day travel time & waiting for the needed minor repairs to be done. I'm a senior with no other available transportation - so, I have no choice but to sit in the waiting area for the work to be completed. I doubt most people would be overly satisfied with that scenario. I appreciate the dealership & have bought several cars from them in the past - FYI. More
