Your service technicians were unavailable or chatting incessantly with another customer. A bit on the slow side, trying to get a service technician to assist me. In addition, I made it very clear that I needed the rear left upper fender cover when I came in with my car. They did not order the part, so now I have to drive to Carson City again from Northwest Reno when the part comes in to have it replaced. This did not make me very happy!!! More
