Pretty good time. I hate going to a dealerships but after the experience we had here I'd probably consider going back to Ricart. Smell in inside We recently purchased a vehicle 2 weeks ago and there was an odor inside. The salesman promised us it just came back from being cleaned. After searching for the odor we have found old food and dog food. My wife is getting sick from the smell and we were told the car is as is. We will be reporting this to the bbb. More

Car shouldn't have been certified There were 4 open recalls on the car, none of them were fixed and legally, they should have been before selling the car. The 4 wheel alignment was re There were 4 open recalls on the car, none of them were fixed and legally, they should have been before selling the car. The 4 wheel alignment was really off, had to pay $92 at another dealer to have it fixed. The tires have flat-spotting, so there is a loud tire rotation noise that will continue for a while. I was told that the noise was due to the fact that it was a bigger car and the tires echoed. Definitely not the case. No floor mats in the car, they could have supplied at least one semi-decent mat since I purchased the car in a winter month. Had to pay $65 for a new set. I was also told my first payment would be 45 days from the date of purchase. Found out it was 30 days. So they didn't honor that quote. I traded in my other car and was told there was sludge in the engine, therefore there was internal engine damage and wouldn't give me much for it. I requested to see the sludge in question but was denied. Overall, disappointed. More

trade not appropriately valued!!! I went to the dealership looking for a larger vehicle with a couple vehicles in mind. I met Ryon and began looking for said vehicle. Service from Ryon was on par for what I was looking for. I found multiple vehicles that seemed to fit what I was looking for. I settled on a car and started the finance process. I went in knowing I had a balance left on my trade in. My cars given trade in value was half of what they were trying to sell it for the day after I made my purchase. I honestly feel like they took full advantage of me. I get its a business and they have to make money but that's a slap in the face. And to make matters worse they had it listed with a clean car fax. I know that cannot possibly be correct as I had a run in with a dear and had some pretty bad body damage. So this being said I'm not likely to buy from here again. And I'd say definitely do your homework before buying from here. More

Ricart was able to get me a great deal! Ryon was super helpful and was able to quickly provide options for my financial situation. He walked the entire lot with us and was able to help narro Ryon was super helpful and was able to quickly provide options for my financial situation. They were able to give me a good deal on my trade in, as well as some money off the purchase price of the truck. Overall I had a great experience and I definitely recommend Ricart! More

Very satisfied! Ryon, our sales guy was awesome! He made sure he found us a vehicle we were 100 percent happy with and took the time to show us how to set up and oper Ryon, our sales guy was awesome! He was very personable and passionate about finding the right vehicle for us! Our Finance guy was great too!
