Impossible to reach any management. American Auto Shield advised me to never use their dealership ever again. Never offered to correct or remedy the situation that they caused. Worst experience with any service across all industries I’ve ever experienced. More

I called to get my annual service and from the receptionist to my service consultant, it was a great experience. They were polite, prompt, and very helpful. I asked about a valet option for them t receptionist to my service consultant, it was a great experience. They were polite, prompt, and very helpful. I asked about a valet option for them to come get the vehicle and then return it to my home after abs the answer was, “of course, no problem.” Sam was a great communicator and very honest.
