Had some initial issues with car quality at time of delivery. These were addressed and resolved. Jackson Poe, sales associate, has gone out of his way to make sure I am a satisfied customer. They were resolved (one was out of dealer's control). I now have a great car and a dealership I would buy from again. Jackson's customer service and follow up on a transactional relationship to make sure I am good with the purchase is something one does not encounter often. Eric at Rob Sight Ford was so great to work with. He went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of throughout our new F-150. Eric was helping other customers at the same time as us, but we really c out of his way to make sure we were taken care of throughout our new F-150.
