There aren’t enough words to express our gratitude and appreciation for the Autonation Honda Clearwater dealership. We had been looking for a Honda Pilot for a few months but disappointed with the invento appreciation for the Autonation Honda Clearwater dealership. We had been looking for a Honda Pilot for a few months but disappointed with the inventory available when we visited dealerships, plus the pushy attitude from the salespeople. We called one day to check for inventory and were pleasantly surprised to speak with Dan Mckown who was thorough, professional and so easy to speak with. He told us there was a pilot available for us to come see so the next day, we drove down 3 hours to see it. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted and Dan pulled the car up for us. He offered to answer any questions and then we sat down in the office for paperwork. We couldn’t believe how smooth the whole process was since we arrived on a busy Saturday (with our small children and not really expecting to drive back home with a brand new car). My spouse and I were almost waiting for something to either go wrong or annoy us. However, from start to finish, they were able to give us the paperwork, get us an offer we couldn’t refuse, test drive the car, and even traded in our old vehicle. Derek Beers was also extremely helpful and kind as he processed our paperwork. Shea Lynn Taylor took care of our last signatures and we joked about how we were still in shock of how smooth the process was! I couldn’t thank the team enough and will be sure to visit them again when we need our next vehicle. We wouldn’t go anywhere else! More

Most amazing experience I have ever had! I came in very nervous after being denied so many times from other places. They were very understanding and even distracted me with picking music whi I came in very nervous after being denied so many times from other places.
