The service side definitely needs to work on some minor things, the service advisors are friendly and the I had an incredible experience with sales. The shop was also very clean and I saw it with my own two eyes. They just need to work on thorough services and making sure they hit everything the customer asks for. They also need to work on knowing what customers have covered under warranty and don’t have covered. Overall the experience at this dealership is amazing. She recommended that I take a look at the 2022 Honda Accord Sport. Abdelhak Belmadani(My original salesmen for my 2015 Honda Accord Sport) let me test drive the new car and that was all it took. We started the purchase process which was quick and painless. They gave me top dollar for my trade in and I got a great deal on the new car. I couldn't be more happy with my decision, and was very thankful for building a relationship with my salesmen Abdelhak this is my 2nd car that I've bought from him. And I can't say enough about Shay Taylor(Finance Manager) she went above and beyond and made me feel comfortable and explained everything in detail and got me the best deal possible.
