Its always a pleasure I purchased my 2014 Camry here at Faulkner and continued my service here without fail. The employees are always professional and friendly. My last fis I purchased my 2014 Camry here at Faulkner and continued my service here without fail. The employees are always professional and friendly. My last fist on Friday 1/18 was no different. I always wait for my vehicle. However this time I had some optional work done that was not offered at my 30,000 mile checkup, this being my 40,000 mile checkup, there were some options offered because I expressed concern my last visit and this visit re my MPG. For 4 yrs I averted 19.8-20.1 city. Starting Dec 2017 I noticed my MPG declining. 18.7 in May. I was told it would adjust itself with change of seasons and improve. As of 1/18/19 my MPG was 18.2. No change in driving, no hauling and always maintained, also use plus fuel. The options offered were explained, I understood and made sense. I left after my service and the vehicle seemed a little running rough. Saturday I get in put it in reverse and it just revved. Check my shift, I was in reverse. I put it in par waited 5 mins put it in reverse it jumped and then reversed. As I drive Saturday the vehicle seems to be shifting strangely, almost hesitating in between each gear. I'm a little dismayed, I will be returning, hoping it's an oversight that can be adjusted. I do know Faulkner will definitely take care of business as my family and I have always enjoyed. More
