A/C broke, side mirrors stopped working, aftermarket stereo unhooked and never reattached. Very poor communication from the service center and the service manager does not help at all. Terrible experience and a staff that unfortunately does not care about anything but getting you out the door. More

Phenomenal Consistent Service Had service on my Highlander and called the day before. They offered to work me in if I could drop it off early.
