Terrible service after purchase Would never buy from them again! Horrible service after I purchased my truck. When I went to purchase my vehicle the claim they put it through a multi Would never buy from them again! Horrible service after I purchased my truck. When I went to purchase my vehicle the claim they put it through a multi point inspection but within a month my check engine light came on. I took the truck back and they wanted me to agree to pay $100 for a diagnostics fee. I told them no I would not agree. They said since it wasn't a GM vehicle I bought and that I didn't buy an extended warranty their was nothing they would do. They say they are all about repeat customers but that's a lie! Once they get make the sale they could care less about the customer. More

Saadiq and Josh were the best people we have ever had the privilege to buy from! They helped us every step of the way and answered every question we had. They were patient and never caused us to feel rushed or pressured instead they made us feel welcomed and valued as customers. We actually drove from Pensacola FL to Montgomery AL because of our interest in the Cadillac we eventually went on to purchase. We love our new SUV it is safe and beautifully designed making driving enjoyable for the whole family! We are so grateful for the exceptional client care from both Saadiq and Josh and can't say enough about how pleased we are to have had the kind of experience we did, considering clichés about car sales personnel, they completely changed our mind. We would say we have definitely experienced exceptional customer care and would highly recommend this dealership and also investing in a Cadillac to all our friends and family. I visited this dealership on more than 5 occasions. My first interaction was with Justin Chretien. Justin was so easy to work with even knowing when I first spoke with him that I was not ready to purchas first interaction was with Justin Chretien. Justin was so easy to work with even knowing when I first spoke with him that I was not ready to purchase a vehicle that day and that I was just doing a quick look over of a few vehicles. I had visited nearly every new car dealership in the Montgomery area and had driven 10 to 15 different vehicles before making my final selection. The overall experience at Classic was friendly and everyone at the dealership made me feel welcome. Justin followed through on requests and made me feel comfortable with asking even the most petty question. In the end, I paid a little more for a vehicle than I had originally planned, but am completely satisfied with my purchase. I truly believe that customer service made all the difference and ultimately led me to purchase from Classic. I fully expect the Service department to be as easy to work with as the sales staff. A big thank you to everyone, especially Justin, for all the multiple phone calls and follow ups and making this process as easy as possible. More

Shaquille listened to me; didn't try to pressure me into a higher priced car. He found me an SUV that I love! It has all the bells and whistles that I requested. My budget was Important to me. The salesman, Justin Chrietien, came out of the dealership on a hot day and answered every questions that I asked. I test drove the vehicle and he explained the differences in the Luxury XTS and t dealership on a hot day and answered every questions that I asked. I test drove the vehicle and he explained the differences in the Luxury XTS and the Premium XTS. He explained the CUE systems and of the features of the vehicle. The color I wanted was not at the dealership and Justin said the dealership could find what I wanted. Saadiq Shakur was very explanatory in the paper work area and Andrew Harper kept me in the payment range I requested. Everyone was nice and (I don't believe it was because I was thinking about making a purchase) did not feel pressured to buy the car. Nick went over the navigation system, on-star and all of the other gadgets and told me that I could call him at anytime to ask questions. I am glad I chose Classic Cadillac. More

I had a wonderful "Classic" experience. We drove over 5 hours to test drive our vehicle and the transition went very well without any problems. The staff was wonderful, very professional and genuinely considerned about the needs of the customers. Mick Ouellette went above and beyond to make our first experience with Classic a very pleasant one. He is an excellent sales associate. We were pleased with every aspect of our purchase and our dealings with the dealership. They made us feel welcomed from the moment we stepped in the door. Great service and I will recommend this dealership and Mick Ouellette to others who are in the market for a new or used vehicle. The 5 hour drive was well worth it! More

I have purchased many cars and several SUV. Most of the purchases were very trying. That is not the case with Classic Cadillac GMC Buick. I called and talked to Daniel Poage and in 15 minutes I had purc purchases were very trying. That is not the case with Classic Cadillac GMC Buick. I called and talked to Daniel Poage and in 15 minutes I had purchased a 2013 GMC Denali with no hassle. I received a great deal. I spoke with Brett Echols to complete the deal what a pleasure he had the paper work ready for me when I arrived. He did a wonderful job explaining the car to me. He set up my blue tooth, Onstar and XM radio. I met with Saadiq Shakur and he explained the warranty and the different options that I had. You will enjoy working with him.
