MY SALES EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT I LIVE IN GA AND WANTED A BMW 528I AND THIS DEALERSHIP AND MICK WERE ABLE TO NOT ONLY GET ME IN MY VEHICLE AT A GREAT PRICE THE BEST I HAVE SEEN SO FAR, BUT ALSO ASSIST ME IN BMW 528I AND THIS DEALERSHIP AND MICK WERE ABLE TO NOT ONLY GET ME IN MY VEHICLE AT A GREAT PRICE THE BEST I HAVE SEEN SO FAR, BUT ALSO ASSIST ME IN DEALING WITH FINANCIAL NUMBERS OVER THE PHONE. THE DEALERSHIP WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND AND I WOULD RECOMMEND AGAIN. I ALSO HAD A SECOND ISSUE WITH THE SELL OF MY OTHER VEHICLE WHICH WAS CORRECTED BECAUSE OF A NUMERICAL ERROR IN REFERENCE TO PAY OFF BAL I CALLED TO SPEAK TO FINANCE MGR SAADIQ SHAKUR WHO HANDLED MY NEW CAR DEAL AND WAS EXPECTING A CALL BACK WHICH I DID NOT RECEIVE IN REFERENCE TO POSSIBLY RETURNING VEH. AFTER CLEARING UP THE ERROR I SPOKE TO MY FINANCE COMPANY AND TOLD THEM TO MOVE FORWARD WITH FINANCING OF THE NEW VEHICLE, NEVERTHELESS INSTEAD OF RECEIVING A CALL BACK FROM MR. SHAKUR MY FINANCE COMP STATED THE LAST DOCUMENTS WERE RECENTLY SENT OVER WITHIN THE HOUR PROMPTING ME TO BELIEVE THIS WAS DONE IN AN ATTEMPT TO SPEED UP FINALIZATION OF DEAL. A SIMPLE YES OR NO IN REFERENCE TO RETURNING VEH WOULD HAVE BEEN SUFFICE ESPECIALLY SINCE I LOVE MY CAR. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE WAY HE HANDLED THE SITUATION VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL AND I FIND IT HARD TO BELIEVE THAT HE FORGOT TO CALL ME BACK, AN ISSUE LIKE THAT WAS A MAJOR ONE. Alison Taylor worked quickly and efficiently to offer us the best price we could find in the Southeast region. She made it worthwhile for us to drive 2 1/2 hours to purchase a new vehicle. Audrey and Saadiq, were very friendly people. They weren't pushy at all. They allowed my wife and I to make our own decisions. It was just an overall good experience in purchasing another vehicle. Everyone was also very patient at the dealership because we have a three year old son that was in need of a nap and he was hard to handle but everyone kind of played with him and was just very friendly. I would recommend friends and family to shop here anytime. More

In May 2012, we purchased a 2008 CTS from Saadiq Shakur with an extended warranty. We were very pleased with the entire purchase process. We noticed a problem with the left front headlight shortly after with an extended warranty. We were very pleased with the entire purchase process. We noticed a problem with the left front headlight shortly after our purchase, and we even returned it to the dealership for service. The service department said they could find nothing wrong with the light. The light continued to deteriorate over the next few months. We contacted the service department again, and they told us that the light was not covered on the policy we purchased. The service department told us it was our problem to fix. We were very disappointed because we had recommended the dealership to friends. After calling Saadiq, he and Daniel Poage were very helpful in solving our problem. Before purchasing another vehicle, we will contact Saadiq. We are once again very satisfied with the outcome of this problem. More

Brett did a fantastic job as our sales representative. He answered all of our questions and really did a lot of research beyond what I would have normally expected to make sure he got the right answer. The price from the dealership could not be beat an it was simple to arrive at. No hassle or haggling. Brett was terrific to work with and made sure that everything was taken care of to our satisfaction. The Finance folks, Andrew and Saadiq were easy to work with and explained everything every step of the way. I always felt in control. Even though we were Saadiq's first customer he did an outstanding job as well. My wife and I were completely satisfied with our buying experience and would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to others. We will use them in the future if we are looking for another GMC, Cadillac, or Buick product. More
