Saara was Genuinely Exceptional I traded my car in for a new RAV4 through Saara, and she was just perfect. She was super friendly, and I felt very comfortable working with her. She established my trust very quickly with her positive attitude, professionalism, and extensive knowledge. This was my first time purchasing a car alone, and she patiently and thoroughly answered my questions so that I felt confident throughout the process. She was attentive and responsive to what I was looking for in my new car, and she provided options in a timely manner. She was also very accomodating, offering water, coffee, or something to drink while I was there (I enjoyed the coffee!). Furthermore, I needed extra accomodations for the logistics of the trade-in, and she went above and beyond to make it happen for me without making me feel like I was inconvenciencing her. All of this to say, the sale went very smoothly, but more importantly, she was genuinely helpful and pleasant to work with. She made the process fun, and she truly cared that I was happy. More

I’m not sure if I can put my experience into words it was so delightful. I have spent time going up and down savannah Highway looking at different vehicles and a Toyota RAV4 wasn’t even on the radar. Me and so delightful. I have spent time going up and down savannah Highway looking at different vehicles and a Toyota RAV4 wasn’t even on the radar. Me and my husband decided we would swing in late around 8 which seemed to be there closing time. Saara was so easy to deal with and was still excited to show us around even though it was obvious everyone was leaving. We ended up purchasing that even though we had no intentions of buying a car. Whoever the owner is should be blessed to have someone that genuine working for them. Once the transaction was done we were introduced to Matt and he was just as pleasurable to deal with and made the “hardest part” almost feel the easiest. Mr Fred should do whatever he can to keep these two here at the dealership. We are fred Anderson buyers for life because of these two. Thanks again! More
