I took my truck for a recall. First time, they didn’t have the parts.Second appointment. they told me they can’t do the recall because they don’t have a body shop. State inspection and oil change scheduled and when picked up i noticed a screw in my tire. I went back in to have it removed and was told everyone left and had to go down to the quick lube area. She called t up i noticed a screw in my tire. I went back in to have it removed and was told everyone left and had to go down to the quick lube area. She called them and told them there was an air leak so they never checked for a screw. I had to tell them again the vehicle was jaut inspected and i just left the dealership. They ten come out and tell me they cant fix it, i need a new tire because its to close to the side wall. It was 2 inches from the side wall so i drove it home and fixed it myself. Makes me wonder if they even inspected it and changed the oil, More
