He listened to what my requests were, and did his job in helping us with all the paperwork. And last Sage who explained all the paperwork, leaving no questions unanswered. The guys were all very friendly. We never felt pressured in any part of the deal. We really appreciate the guys and look forward to a long relationship with this dealership. Finally a salesperson to trust I was intimidated to buy a new car. I haven't had a lot of experience with buying cars and I was wary of the "lot lizard" salesman. Well, now I have bought two vehicles from Skyline Ford Keizer. Three years ago, I bought a used car and, yesterday, I got my first new car. I have to say I will never go to another dealership. I completely trust these guys. I have dealt with Sage and Chris and they are both excellent people. They are friendly and low key and they got me exactly what was right for me. They are honest and informative. I really can't say enough good about Sage and Chris. Thank you guys so much! More

While I knew what I wanted, they made sure to acquaint me with alt Sage and Chris made the experience as enjoyable as this type of experience can be. While I knew what I wanted, they made sure to acquaint me with alternatives for features I had not considered. Took an extended test drive which took away any doubts I may have had about the Ford Fusion. Couldn't be happier with my selection and Chris and Sage. They showed me all the inventory on hand and what was available from other dealers, just to make sure I got what I wanted. While it took a rather lengthy time to complete all the paperwork, this was due to a faulty computer system and not extended bargaining ploy. I was impressed by how well the two worked together and will not hesitate recommending them to friends and relatives. If the car I bought proves to be as comfortable and reliable as Sage and Chris, I will be coming back with my wife when she decides to replace her car. More

We have all our maintenance done here on our 2013 F350 Super Duty and our 2010 Ford Edge. Last time I was in, I ordered parts for my F350 and even though I bought it over a year ago, I got the splash guards at a discounted price as if I just bought it. All the employees we have dealt with know us on a first name bases and even know our kids names. Keizer Ford knows how to give awesome customer service! More

Looking for a Toyota Tundra for towing I will admit, I had car dealer PTSD...had not bought from a dealer in years and when I had to use them in my search it was not a happy experience. I I will admit, I had car dealer PTSD...had not bought from a dealer in years and when I had to use them in my search it was not a happy experience. I found the truck I wanted and called the dealer. Jon was very helpful sending me information as I live in Eugene. We made a plan to look at the truck and he turned me over to Chris who was wonderfully helpful and easy to work with. I also dealt with Walt and Sage...all of them great folks..easygoing, no pressure. Long and short, I ended up with the truck I wanted at a very fair price. They really went all out to make this sale happen. I couldn't feel any better about the process. I highly recommend them. More
