This is my second lease with Saiful and Koeppel and I am willing to drive to Jackson Heights in Queens which is out of my way from where I live and work to do business with someone who is very honest, helpful and transparent. Saiful has been extremely helpful and has made the leasing process a wonderful experience for us. I don’t have the time to negotiate and go through all the dealer non-sense. Saiful just gets to the point, goes above and beyond to help us and offered us the best deal ever on our new lease! Koeppel Mazda is very fortunate to have Saiful as he is really the best! In one week I have gone back to this dealership multiple times to decide what I want and every time I went I never felt like I needed to sit down and make a decision because the team at Koeppel Mazda wants you be happy with the car you select. Chris had explained me the differences between the trims multiple times upon asking with out any hesitations. In my life every time I walked into a car dealership I thought to myself, I was just a dollar sign to them but in Koeppel Mazda I felt otherwise with Chris and Saiful. Saiful understood our needs and our budget and worked with us with the numbers. He is very straight forward and honest about what he was able to work out or not, there were no beating around the bush, no false hope. All the things Saiful said he can do in our first conversation, he actually came through and served us exactly that. I appreciated his approach very much and felt comfortable doing business with him. They valued my time and didn't have me waiting around to get the numbers as I have experienced in other car dealerships. I would 100% recommend them to my friends and family. I did my homework on the car I wanted and knew everything about the deal I wanted before I showed up. I had some preliminary calls with Raul and Saiful before the day of my visit and they were very helpful. My visit was smooth, comfortable, honest and efficient. I got the car I wanted and the deal I wanted. The entire team (Raul, Saiful and Steve) treated me and my wife like family and I honestly could not be happier. The team went above and beyond my expectations to ensure I would get the car in the fastest amount of time possible and with the least amount of hassle. Koeppel Mazda, helped break that perception with their professionalism, patience and informative service. Lendle was easy to speak with, very informative, knew the product, straightforward and helpful with the many questions I had. Steve was also helpful and patient in explaining the financial aspects of the process. Saiful was helpful in willing to provide customer satisfaction. They all stayed late (past closing) to finalize the sale, and remained patient to provide great service, You can tell they strive to provide excellence in customer satisfaction. Depending on your readiness to actually purchase a vehicle or just shopping around. Do your research, look up rebates/incentives, talk to dealerships, find out pricing info...be informed. The dealership will definitely walk you through the process, but with the internet, it's good to be informed to build up your confidence with what you're looking to purchase. Koeppel Mazda did a great job, answered questions, make sure you feel good about your purchase and provide a friendly interactive experience with a smile. I took my new 2018 CX5 on a road trip the next day and was very happy with the purchase. More
