Christopher did an excellent job explaining all the details and perks of the CPO car I was interested in. I left the dealership feeling very knowledgeable. In fact, I ended up knowing more about the car than salespeople at other dealerships. Lendle was also very patient in sitting with me and setting up the car once I purchased it. I believe that Saiful gave me a fair price, though I was hoping he would come down a bit further on it. However, I feel confident that he offered me the car at the lowest price he could, because otherwise he wouldn't have let me walk out of the dealership without trying to first bargain with me. I worked with Steve on settling all the paperwork, which was effortless and quick. All in all it was a really pleasant experience. I didn't feel that I was being talked down to or pushed too hard. I also think that I got a great deal on my car. Would certainly recommend. More

He treats every individual that walks into his organization with honesty and respect. I did not only leave with an amazing deal. I also left with lasting life lessons taught by Saiful himself. Jim (Asst. Sales Manager) is extremely knowledgeable about the Mazda brand. Jim is amazing with following up. He went above and beyond when I had questions about the different models. He was able to give myself and my family peace of mind while shopping for a brand new car, which we all know is close to priceless. Steve (Finance) made the finance portion of purchasing a new car a breeze. He worked diligently to help us obtain the best financing available. I felt comfortable signing on the dotted line when closing the deal with him. He is an exceptional employee! The employees of Koeppel Mazda are a gem in the car industry. His interaction with them and with us made us feel at ease and comfortable with our first ever car purchase. Each person on his team goes above and beyond to make sure you get the car you want, at the budget you can afford and works with lenders to make sure you know your rights and what is coming in the total agreement. We had to go back twice to the dealership each after work at 7pm and Mr. Islam, Steve, Jay all stayed beyond their 9pm hrs to help us. We felt like we were at Tiffany's not at a car dealership! More
