He explained everything clearly and took the time to go over the essential features of my new MKZ plus sync my phone, download my address book and change my code on the keyless entry. He even offered to come to my home and help me set up my Home Link. (I declined.) It is nice to deal with Sal because he knows the business, the car's features and specs and makes car buying easier.
