We did have some questions about alternate products and arrangements, and he/they were prepared with rapid and complete responses after a few moments to check same in their computer. He carefully explained the new terms and lease programs to us, and even had a car in preparation during our discussions if it turned out his predictions were accurate .... and they were. WE will definitley return to Sal and Germain in the future. More

Got me good on a used car, don’t make my mistake. Bought a used 2013 Lincoln Navigator 9 months ago which no longer meets our needs. Brought to dealer to sell back and now car has depreciated over 10,000. Plus all the money for dealer fees, taxes, and down payment. Thank you Germain for being such shady car salesman. I hope your satisfied knowing you have now put my family in this situation. You should have stepped up and made it right. You could have helped achieve my payoff and still been able to make $4,000. On the used car but that’s not enough for you. I am not an avid review writer but I hope my reviews of your dealerships actual practices save just one family from being in the position we are in. More

Germain Lincoln keeps on getting better I currently have my 4th Lincoln leased from Germain Lincolnin the last 8 years. The reason I keep returning is the excellent sales experience and the confidence I have in the Service Department. My most recent service experience involved my 2016 Lincoln MKX which had a problem requiring the car to be tied up for over a week. Justin Yoerger met me on arrival and worked with me to provide a loaner car for the time the car would be out of service. He made sure I was informed of the progress of the service and when the car was ready it was delivered back to me clean and in perfect condition. I have worked with Justin in the past and I know when I have an issue he is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I am completely satisfied when I get my car back. Every aspect of working with Germain Lincoln makes leasing a car from them a great experience. Confidence is how I would describe my impression of this dealership. More
