All the staff there are exceptionally sincere, down-to earth, personable, friendly, professional, and patient. The sales staff exceeded our expectations. My wife and I met with Ron Garguilo and Sal Cuomo. Ron is a Sales Manager and Sal is a Sales and Leasing Culsultant at Lester Glenn Hyundai. My wife and I came prepared for the Hyundai Models we were considering. Both Ron and Sal very patiently spent an exceptional amount of time with us with exploring our options. We test drove two of the models we were considering. Ron and Sal were very respectful in matching our finances and preferred Hyundai Models to offer us not only the best possible options for the models with which we were interested, but purchasing options that exceeded our expectations. In the end, my wife and I walked out of Lester Glenn Hyundai with an extraordinary deal on the model we thought we had less of a chance of obtaining. Both Sal and Ron made that possible for us and we are both very grateful to them and Lester Glenn Hyundai. I would highly recommend Lester Glenn Hyundai to anyone. My wife and I will continue to be Lester Glenn customers in the future because of the outstanding experiences we have had with the dealership, the staff, and the exceptional customer service we received. This was the easiest purchase I have ever made. They offered a price that was significantly lower than others in the area, helped me with my financing options and I walked out with a new car after 2 hou offered a price that was significantly lower than others in the area, helped me with my financing options and I walked out with a new car after 2 hours. That includes introductions, the test drive, pricing, credit check, insurance changing, financial paper signing and everything else. It was a great experience and Sal was very helpful and honest. You can't get a better deal anywhere else! You'll be ringing the big bell as you walk out of the showroom! More

WOW!!! When Lester Glenn in Toms River says "personalized, friendly, and honest, they mean it! From my first internet contact with Stacey and Ron, till I came to the dealership and met Sal and "personalized, friendly, and honest, they mean it! From my first internet contact with Stacey and Ron, till I came to the dealership and met Sal and Blaise, right up to putting the key in my new 2011 Elantra Touring SE, I was treated with respect, courtesy and an overall desire by everyone to "do whatever was necessary to satisfy me". I've shopped a lot of dealerships, bought a lot of cars and my experiences has run the gamut from "promises and no deliver" to "straight out lying", to "bait and switch tactics", "to high-pressure sales personel who are relentless and offensive", and once a dealer had a puppy brought in on a leash to "soften me up." I've seen the worst, now I believe I've seen the BEST!!! As I left the dealership, Sal Cuomo told me that "if I need anything I should call him"... unusual for a sales person AFTER the sale. I believe he will be true to his word. I love my new Hyundai Elantra Touring SE, the price was right, and perhaps more importantly, the dealership was right! I wish Lester Glenn Hyundai the very best of luck in their new location (very impressive from what Sal showed me.) Went to lester Glen (1 HR Drive from my house) due to the ad I heard on the Radio. This was my first day of looking, either I was going to spend $4,0000.00 in repairs on my old car or get $5,000.00 trade in ad I heard on the Radio. This was my first day of looking, either I was going to spend $4,0000.00 in repairs on my old car or get $5,000.00 trade in plus kelly book value. I don't normally make quick dicisions but the my wife and I were treated (Very Very Nice), everything we asked for was given to us for free. We walked out of there (2 hrs later) with a brand new car. I would recommend Lester Glenn Hyundai to anyone who is looking for a new car. More

We were shopping for a new car. After visiting a few dealerships, we went to Lester Glenn in Toms River,NJ.We were greeted by saleperson, Sal Cuomo. Without us feeling pressured, Sal explained the dif dealerships, we went to Lester Glenn in Toms River,NJ.We were greeted by saleperson, Sal Cuomo. Without us feeling pressured, Sal explained the different models, their cost and the different advantages to each model. He quickly sensed what we wanted and explained in detail the amount of money we would save on each model. We said we wanted time to think over the options, and surprisingly,even after talking to Sal's manager, Ron, we left without any pressure. We returned a few days later, and even though Sal was with another customer we were welcomed and felt at ease while we waited. My wife and I both hate car shopping- the hassel, pressure to buy it today, the phone calls after you leave. We found none of this at this dealership and the experience was pleasant and enjoyable. We would recommend Lester Glenn Hyundai highly, and especialy Sal Cuomo, to any of our friends looking for a car. More
