I was very impressed with Oak Lawn Toyota! I arrived with a check engine light on indicating speed sensors and the computer were in need of replacement. Sal Gaeta, the assistant service manage I arrived with a check engine light on indicating speed sensors and the computer were in need of replacement. Sal Gaeta, the assistant service manager did an excellent job explaining procedures and cost to me. He is a true professional in dealing with sometimes cranky, difficult customers (not me)!!☺️ I happened to encounter Dave the “ master-minded genius” of all electronic systems and he also very clearly and patiently explained my specific problem with my car. I had some forgotten grocery items in the back area of my Scion XB and went to retrieve them a couple of days later. Dave also has a heightened strength of endurance! He had to work in unbearable conditions! Unfortunately, I left behind a few porterhouse steaks in the back of my car and during those few days the outside temperature was consistently 90 degrees plus😩😬!!! Dave deserves a medal 🥇!! Thank you Toyota for a job well done!! More

Prices are way too high. Job aren’t increasing pay why are companies. I don’t understand why places are increasing their prices to get simple services.
