Christian was awesome to work with! Hello, I am so happy with my new Jeep Compass. I came in wanting to explore several cars and appointments and worked with Christian who made my experience a pleasure. 5 stars on working with me on fair pricing and education about cars/ options. I just picked up my new plates and Christian was super helpful in making sure to share that if I need anything else I can contact him and on the day of buying walked me through all the features. The process to gather everything can certainly take some time but Christian moved through everything thoughtfully and swiftly. Sal was also very helpful and A+ on service. He always made himself available and responded to any question I had promptly. As a first time Jeep buyer, he helped me understand all the different trims and levels available. Since I was looking for a specific pre-owned Jeep, I didn't find it when I initially searched the dealership's inventory. However, I left Sal with a few details of what I was looking for and when they received a new shipment, he reached out to me right away to let me know that they had what I was looking for. Having Sal follow up with me once he found a great match made my search so much easier and the overall purchase was seamless. Also, I knew that the truck went through a thorough service inspection and the service team got the car in as new condition as possible. Very happy with my purchase and overall experience here. More

Great Experience overall Sal was a great Sales Rep. I appreciate that he wasn't very pushy, he just knew the facts about the car and very much let me drive conversation. Being Sal was a great Sales Rep. I appreciate that he wasn't very pushy, he just knew the facts about the car and very much let me drive conversation. Being in sales, I know some reps can get to pushy and that can often times kill a deal. He was good at finding 'pain points' and listening. The girl who worked in financing was overly pushy and pretty much the total opposite. At one point she had said 'you are the only person that's not bought this insurance to ever come through this dealership (Car theft insurance.)" There is no reason that the final stage of the process should have a negative feel to it, and it certainly did (other person with me agreed.) Confidence sells, not condescending. Other then the financing sales methodology of condescending remarks to pressure someone into buying something... the process was terrific. Good work, maybe you want to make some adjustments where i've highlighted. More
