I informed Ben that my credit was not so great, and I had a small amount of money to put down on a car that I neede showed nothing but great service. I love my KIA and purchased it brand new. I recommend buying KIA cars, but NOT from this dealership. The saleswoman after getting paid did not return calls. When I had returned to pickup the car mats I w buying KIA cars, but NOT from this dealership. The saleswoman after getting paid did not return calls. When I had returned to pickup the car mats I was charged $167 (but not given) she ignored my calls and did not contact me as promised. She apologized and gave a sob story and asked if I lived far and told me to come back. The sales manager Sal heard her pushing me off and told her to yank the mats from another KIA Soul and give me them. Sal is a good guy, but their dealership has to tighten up. Service NEVER answers their calls and their voicemail is ALWAYS full. My car was sent from Westchester Kia, Westchester Kia's service center has been kind enough to answer my questions since BX Kia's service center is on eternal break. Next time I purchase a KIA it will NOT be from the Bronx. More
