I waited for hours for an oil change and tire rotation. There was no explanation as to why it was taking so long. Then I was told that I may need to have my filters replaced on the next visit. Air filters should last at least 12,000 miles sometimes up to 30,000. Felt a bit scammy to me. More

We purchased a car from Union County Kia in the evening. We were told we couldn't test drive the car because they didn't have any "plates", we should've walked out then. We proceeded with the purchase, the dealership was locking the doors as we left. As we pulled out of the parking lot and onto the highway, the vehicle sputters. Our entire 1 hour drive home was in a sputtering vehicle. I sent a message as soon as we got home to the dealership number that had been texting me in days prior. Their response was that there is no law requiring them to do anything, but bring the vehicle back for a service. We went back to have the vehicle serviced, and pick it up two days later. As we drive off the lot, sputtering. We turn around and go back again!! We are met in the lobby by someone else who says that they will look into our concerns. We wait.... And wait ... And wait. The associate that met us in the lobby tells us he has driven our vehicle and that I'm "not crazy" there's something going on with the vehicle. We are once again waiting. We decided to ask what the options are for repairing or reversing our deal as this whole process has been a disaster. We are told by the associate that there is nothing they can do. And that they don't have to help us at all. We were also informed that the associate told our salesman to let us know the vehicle was in service at the time we signed the deal. He later retracted that statement, saying there are so many vans he can't be sure if it was ours that was being serviced. We are told that we can use the loaner car again until they can "fix" our car... Again. The entire process has been drawn out, frustrating, and manipulative. We have been lied to (your vehicle was in service, wait maybe it wasn't), pushed away (there is nothing we can do), and exhausted. We have stayed at that dealership until they close, driven several hours back and forth, and wasted so much time and gas on this. All to be told, you're screwed and we don't care. So... No. I do not recommend this dealership. More
