Even at the end when there was an issue with the warranty and in-service date of the truck, Jacky Jones Ford made it right by putting in writing coverage on their name in case they could not get it fixed with ford. Really great service, I would drive 800 miles again to buy a car with them. There was no funny games like other dealers do. It was an over all great experience. Highly recommend Mandi and Jacky Jons Ford. More

In my 60+ years of vehicle transactions I have NEVER had a more pleasant relationship. No request for information, no question posed (and I asked about 75!) went unfulfilled or unanswered. And yes...as noted above they delivered the Mustang to me in Georgia...no charge. Wow. There are not enough accolade words in the dictionary to cover my appreciation - heck, wonderment - to Mandi and the entire team at JJ. Recommend unconditionally. More

After my ‘23 Ford Maverick XLT Hybrid was totaled in a freak accident, I reached out to Shauz Daniels at Jacky Jones Ford Sweetwater. He had sold me my original Maverick and I asked him if he could help m freak accident, I reached out to Shauz Daniels at Jacky Jones Ford Sweetwater. He had sold me my original Maverick and I asked him if he could help me get a similar Maverick to replace it. Within minutes we were looking at a ‘23 Maverick XLT Hybrid for sale at another dealership in the Jacky Jones family (in another state). When I told him I wanted to move forward with that truck, he had it moved to Sweetwater within hours and I was test driving it. The truck was exactly what I wanted and more, so I sat down with Caren and signed all paperwork to make it mine. From test drive to full ownership only took about 2 hours. This makes two wonderful purchase experiences I’ve had with Shauz and the good folks at Jacky Jones in the past year. More
