For example, usually sales people are a huge pain to deal with but not Lori. She makes the process fun and ensures I get something I’m happy with. I can also depend on her to follow up with any requests I have. Likewise, the administrative side of buying a car (paperwork/accounting) is usually a long arduous process. However, both Mike and Caren are always helpful with getting me the right level of extended coverage for a great price and in a very reasonable amount of time (This time I worked with Mike and he was a pleasure as always!). Overall, this is the best and most honest dealership I’ve ever been to or heard of. Even the owner is a fantastic guy who cares about happy customers. I’m confident you won’t be disappointed if you choose to get your next car here. I like new cars a lot so I'm on #10 at this point :) More
