I bought my car at Merchants in 2017 and when they sold it to me it came with, Free car washes, "Lifetime" NH State Inspections. They also "agreed" to "service my vehicle FOR LIFE". Now they tell me that t it to me it came with, Free car washes, "Lifetime" NH State Inspections. They also "agreed" to "service my vehicle FOR LIFE". Now they tell me that they no longer service vehicles and that my State Inspections were "merely Complimentary". I have called everyday for weeks and each person I have talked to has said these same things to me and then they take my name and phone number and tell me the "Service Manager" will call me back and even though I tell them, that I keep getting told the same thing every day and that their Service Manager never calls back, they just don't care. I honestly think they should get a new Service Manager because if they don't service cars anymore then he really cant be too busy to return a phone call. I have tried everything I can and now I can't wait any longer to get an Inspection as the 10th of the Month is arriving so I am being forced to pay for an inspection elsewhere and that will depend on when I can get an appointment, this also means that I will be forced to rent a car because I cant use my own until I get mine inspected. I also have lost all trust in Merchants Auto at this point. I even offered to one of the ladies I spoke with on the phone that if Merchant wanted to work out a financial agreement on the Lifetime NH State Inspections, Car washes...etc that would be fine but that would mean that someone would have to call me back and again, of course nobody did. So now my only option is Small Claims Court where I will seek re-imbursement for all of the things they agreed to plus Court costs, car rental fees and damages. More
