We chose Wilson County Hyundai after researching DealerRater. To be honest, we were skeptical. On our way over, my wife and I went over our strategy planning for any and all contingencies! We met our salesman, Dylan Coleman in the parking lot. We spoke for a few minutes and were instantly impressed with his demeanor and deportment. We discussed what vehicle we wanted and went for a comprehensive test drive. We had many questions and they were all answered completely. Our price negotiation was polite, respectful, and smooth. A big thanks to Wayne Fielder, our Sales Manager for approving the deal. Once in the Finance Office, we had the pleasure of dealing with Bobby Raines. Bobby was informative and thorough. He was NOT PUSHY or DECEPTIVE. We were in xxI about 30 minutes. Once the deal was signed and completed, we had our vehicle 30 minutes later. Dylan went over all the features with my wife and explained each one to her satisfaction. We plan to purchase a Palisade in two years.
