I gave the sales Team only three stars... Here is why. I went to Rairdon's jeep in Monroe to look at an advertised vehicle, I was greeted by a Sales person and he said go look around, someone up there (showroom) should be able to help us... Well, he proceeded to locking the gate and no one was in or around the showroom. Fortunately we parked outside the gate. I worked in the Car Biz for 33 years... never ever have I or any dealer I worked for turned someone away and just closed up shop... Total BS. I was hesitant to even use your Kirkland store, but location was good for us...And Service has been good.. I do appreciate that. Nice people.
