I brought my 24 Jeep Grand Cherokee over to Monroe after picking up from Kirkland (2 days and they never bothered to look at it; avoid Kirkland at all costs). Monroe had the issue diagnosed and resolved picking up from Kirkland (2 days and they never bothered to look at it; avoid Kirkland at all costs).
