I was expecting it to be intimidating and difficult. The financing manager we spoke with to close out the actual sale was friendly. She clearly tried to create a connection with me to upsell the packages like extended warranty. I did not like, however, that when my boyfriend left the room, her attitude and speaking toward him was somewhat negative. I think being more mindful and respectful would have benefitted that process. More

I previously condemned this outfit as doing business like a small time used car lot. I affirm that re their high pressure to get everytheing they can force out of you but also their reconditioning of used in a small time used car lot. My car: bad wipers, bone dry windshield washer, headlight out requiring wiring repair and who knows what else at this point. Thumbs down on this shabby Subaru dealer. Find another dealership. More
