Steve the man who got me signed in was absolutely great. The guy who gave the courtesy ride was also great. The work is good so far but I haven’t gotten to get it on the road to test yet. If you see a sudden flood of generic 5-star reviews, be warned: this dealership appears to be burying valid safety complaints. We trusted this service department with our 2023 Pacifica Hybrid right before warned: this dealership appears to be burying valid safety complaints. We trusted this service department with our 2023 Pacifica Hybrid right before a major cross-country family move. Throughout 2025, my wife called three separate times to report a check engine light that would cycle on and off. Each time, the service team dismissed her over the phone as a "system glitch," refused to run a scan, and sent us on our way. When I later asked why there were no notes in the system regarding her calls, their excuse was that "all three people she spoke to don't work here anymore" so they couldn't verify her story. That is not an excuse; that is a confession of a broken management system. The result of this negligence? On January 1st, the issue escalated exactly as we feared. We were left stranded on the side of the interstate with a toddler and pets, facing a "Stop Safely" shutdown thousands of miles from home. A competent dealer in Florida immediately diagnosed the issue (Code P0A43) and confirmed the transmission required a full internal rebuild. A defect that Marysville missed while the vehicle was still safe at home. Sending a family out on a cross-country drive with an unresolved EV system failure is negligent. Do not trust this dealership service department! More
