I’ve taken my jeep in several times because it won’t charge. It works for one charge and stops charging again. Once your vehicle has been dropped off for whatever service it needs, it is impossible to get an updated status. Service advisor is not available. Service manager isn't available either. When I got my jeep back the rubber part on the start button was ripped off. We asked for the manager but of course he wasn’t there. No one has called to update us on what’s going to happen. Also they sent my vehicle back with no gas. So on top of damaging my car, they send it back with no gas. More
