Salvador reached out to us to come in and take a look at an Optima. But then said it was sold. He then told us to come in and take a look at a Kona. I drove an hour to test drive it and he said it sold. I a an Optima. But then said it was sold. He then told us to come in and take a look at a Kona. I drove an hour to test drive it and he said it sold. I asked him when it sold and he told me earlier in the day. I asked him why did he have me come in if it was already sold. He didn’t have an answer. Just that he will find me a car. I didn’t appreciate being lied to and when I told him I wanted to leave. He said no problem and let me walk out the door. Clearly he didn’t need my business More

Sal and Gage were incredible! I worked with Sal over the phone and then Gage in person at the dealership. Sal was busy with another customer! Southwest Kia is the only dealership that I will buy from until the day I leave this earth. They treat women as an equal and not as if you need a man to help you buy a vehicle, that is the first thing I noti until the day I leave this earth. The second most important thing is, the staff, are the most trustworthy, reliable, consistent and wonderful people that I have ever met.
