We had a great experience at Lester Glenn Subaru. Our sales representative Sal was fantastic. We had called ahead and asked to see two specific vehicles. When we arrived the vehicles were waiting for Our sales representative Sal was fantastic. We had called ahead and asked to see two specific vehicles. When we arrived the vehicles were waiting for us. Sal was training a co-worker, Emily. They were both very considerate and polite. Sal was extremely knowlegable about the cars and was also a great role model for Emily. After we test drove the cars, we went inside to discuss the purchase. Emily contributed to the computer work and Sal reiterated to her that she was on point. We proceeded to make the purchase of the Subaru Forester and all of the paper work was reviewed. We were encouraged to ask any questions if we had any. We then went over to Lindsey and she went through each document with very clear descriptions of what each one contained. Our overall experience was excellent! Thank you for all of your help! My experience at Lester Glenn Subaru was nothing short of fantastic. Sal was my sales consultant and made the process very, very easy! The Sales Manager, Jonathon, was open and honest and I walked out of the fantastic. Sal was my sales consultant and made the process very, very easy! The Sales Manager, Jonathon, was open and honest and I walked out of there feeling very confident about my decision to purchase the Outback. Lastly, the Finance Manager Patrick had me in and out of there quickly. No waiting four to five hours in the dealership. Brandon who works with the Delivery Specialist Team, spent time showing me all of the bells and whistles the car offers and had everything set up before I drove away.
