We’re sorry to hear that you left your purchase feeling frustrated, and we take your feedback about the trade-in discussion, the buying process, and the key fob situation seriously. We did review the key-fob concern, and our records indicate that two keys were provided at delivery. When you returned for a re-delivery appointment approximately two weeks later, our team found the key ring in the vehicle with the second key removed. Regardless of how the key became separated, we understand the frustration this situation has caused. Our General Sales Manager, James Grace, has reached out to arrange for the second key to be cut and programmed so we can help resolve the issue.
