For example, I was concerned when the car didn't start (the steering wheel was locked) but Sal was more than happy to help me find a answer, even late at night. I also had issues getting documents to my insurance agent and Sal offered me the use of his fax machine. I was afraid that once I had signed the lease, the kindness I was getting would soon be replaced with curtness. Rather, I was pleasantly surprised that when I went over, it was apparent that the whole team knew who I was, not just Sal. I went to this lease broker with the intent of leasing a new vehicle. I was in an accident which totaled my car. I researched several lease brokers and visited Xclusive with my wife. Sal met us at the door and was very empathetic once we explained our situation. This was the first time we had ever leased a car. I was extremely helpful in assisting us in finding the car we wanted at price and length of lease we needed to fit our budget. He assisted us all along the process and within 5 days we were driving a 2014 Toyota RAV 4. He also went bat for us with the dealer regarding the extended length of time it was taking to get permanent plates. Sal was extremely efficient and the overall atmosphere in the office was professional and polite. I would recommend any of my friends to shop first with this company if leasing a vehicle. I would also recommend they ask for Sal by name. More
