During the video tech said that they don’t stack weights get the truck home and the weights were stacked very dissatisfied called back and still to this day no return phone call. I dropped my vehicle off to have the oil pump changed. While thier service department had possession of my vehicle it was damaged. The service department parked my vehicle outside and it was hit. They said because they were unable to get a plate number from the vehicle that hit my vehicle they were not responsible and I would have to go thru my insurance to repair the damage. So a $2000 repair for an oli pump now turned into a extra $700 dollars out of my pocket for damage caused by their carelessness in parking my vehicle where it can be damaged. I have never had an issue with this dealership before this but after this I can not in good faith take any of my vehicles back here because of their lack of responsibility and accountability while my vehicle is in their service department possession. I will be taking my vehicles to another Dodge Jeep Ram dealer who has a dedicated service department parking area for their clients vehicles where they can not be damaged. If you have to leave your vehicle overnight for repairs DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO EXECUTIVE DODGE JEEP RAM IN WALLINGFORD. THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU BUT I WILL, THEY WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO YOUR VEHICLE WHILE IN THEIR POSSESSION UNLESS THEIR TECH DAMAGED THE CAR. SO LEAVE IT WITH THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK. THERE ARE MANY OTHER DODGE JEEP AND RAM DEALERS WHO WILL TREAT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR VEHICLE AND ACCOUNTABE FOR ANY DAMAGED CAUSED WHILE IN THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENTS POSSESSION.
