I was very happy with Isaac and all of the other staff that were part of my buying experience at Lexus of Brookfield. Isaac was able to negotiate several different items which met and even exceeded my exp that were part of my buying experience at Lexus of Brookfield. Isaac was able to negotiate several different items which met and even exceeded my expectations in order to complete the sale. I am very grateful that Isaac stayed well beyond closing time as well as all the other staff involved in my purchasing process. Isaac and the rest of the team stayed two hours beyond closing time to fully detail my vehicle and to complete all the necessary steps to complete the sale. Because of this, I was able to drive my beautiful new ride home last night which I greatly appreciated seeing that I live an hour and a half away from the dealership. On top of all the team members who stayed well beyond their scheduled shift, Isaac even went above and beyond by giving me a beautiful bouquet of roses to give to my wife to ensure that I wouldn't get into to much trouble for showing up at home with a brand new vehicle lol!! I love my new ride and I want to thank all the staff, especially Isaac, for all of their hard work to make sure that I could bring home my amazing new vehicle!! Thank you Lexus of Brookfield!! More
