If I could give a 10 I would. I detest car shopping even more than doing my taxes. Andy Ratner made the process painless and enjoyable. There was no pressure and we even laughed a few times. Lexus of Brookfield deserves MORE than 5 stars. I wish this was an option! Every time I go whether it’s for service/ or at the dealership, I feel like a VIP member. This is the worst dealerships I have ever dealt with!!! I bought a used car in which I was forced to take an additional package filled with products and services I didn’t need. The sales guy told me finan I bought a used car in which I was forced to take an additional package filled with products and services I didn’t need. The sales guy told me finance would help me remove it. At which time I was told that it was a requirement and there was nothing I could do. It pay the additional $1700 for the package. So after much back and forward I ended up still buying the car with the package. Months later I look into Kahu one of the services I was forced to get and the dealership never set it up. I made several calls in which I was told it would be taken care of. No one return any of my calls and about two weeks later I get an email that it was finally set up. Again with no return call or follow up. I’ve used the service department again for the package items I was told I had to get and they tell me I don’t have that item in my package. They refer me again to the sales dept. All I really wanted was the car and not to waste $1700 on useless item but with this dealership that is impossible!!! I will never buy a car here again or use them in any way. It’s nothing but problems and bait and switch!! The sales guy was new and seemed to not know what he was talking about or anything related to the process of buying a car. Not impressed! More
