I had emailed the salesperson who previously worked with me only to be advised he was on furlough but miracles of miracles he returned and things went extremely well. Due to the pandemic the preowned cars I was interested in never seemed to be available or would have other issues. Dale Roeglin, went above and beyond to find a vehicle to my liking and more importantly to fit my needs. He has a true old school salesman personality with a modern concern for clients. The dealership is so nice, friendly and I recommend them to everyone. I am grateful for Joe Palmisano who kept in touched with my transaction and for Sam Aly who was my initial salesperson while Dale was furloughed. What I value most about this dealership and Dale, is that the relationship is ongoing. It is not a you purchased so bye bye situation.
