Lexus Wade is the bomb!! Lexus Wade was so nice and incredibly knowledgeable! He explained all of the new options on my car and made sure I understood all of them. Outstanding!! I called about a car on their website and was referred to Sam Aly. From the moment I entered the dealership I was treated like I was someone special. I called about a car on their website and was referred to Sam Aly. From the moment I entered the dealership I was treated like I was someone special. The test drive was excellent and Sam provided a lot of valuable information. The time spent negotiating was minimal and showed that my time was important. Delivery was detailed and I left the dealership with a car that I’ve been wanting for over a year. (Mazda MX-5) I was promised early in the negotiations, 2 keys however there was but 1 at delivery, And Sam worked with me for over 3 months to get me that second key. Something that I think many would have simply told me “sorry there is only one”. Very, Very impressive! Clearly his word means a lot to him! WOW! It’s been a year now and I could not be happier with my purchase! I don’t think I’ve ever had a car salesperson call me back a year later to see if I was still happy.......I am! More
