Dissapointment Wade Schumacher gave an excellent explanation of how to use the technology features of my car. However, the finance department was a huge disappointment. We declined extra packages for my car, but still were charged $998 extra for 2 packages we declined (The Napleton Promise). I feel very sorry for customers who don't catch this additional charge on their loan. I would never buy from this company (Napleton) again! More

Great Experience! This is my first Lexus. I live in another state and was visiting my brother. I was intending to trade my SUV in the coming months and was considering This is my first Lexus. I was intending to trade my SUV in the coming months and was considering Lexus so we decided to stop by the dealership with the intent of learning about what Lexus has to offer and test drive one. I was not in the market to buy a car that day! Long story short, I purchased a new Lexus during that visit because I was so impressed with the vehicle and professionalism of the individuals who worked with me that day. I had several questions about the technology of the RX350 and Wade answered all of them and gave an excellent overview of the features. It was an amazing experience and I appreciate the follow up by Sam and Wade since the purchase. More

New and future Lexus Owner I just leased a 2019 Lexus RX350. What a wonderful experience!! I do not believe I have ever said that about dealing with car buying. I first met S I just leased a 2019 Lexus RX350. What a wonderful experience!! I do not believe I have ever said that about dealing with car buying. I first met Sam on the sales floor and in 20 minutes he taught me more than I ever learned in all of my years of dealing with car dealerships. Honest and engaging sold me early in the process. Nate was wonderful and helped me get the process rolling. Jordan made the paperwork manageable and clear. Signing away is never easy. He made it so. Wade took time to help me understand my new computer on wheels and left the door open for more tutoring in the future. I am not of the “tech” age but love what this car has within it. Thank you all. You made this a perfect experience! More

Best Vehicle Purchase Experience Ever Sam, Jordon, and Wade are fantastic. I am having repeated issues with my current vehicle (brand - Not Lexus) and Sam has been helpful, patient, and un Sam, Jordon, and Wade are fantastic. I am having repeated issues with my current vehicle (brand - Not Lexus) and Sam has been helpful, patient, and understanding of my timeframe and situation. He reviewed various vehicle options with me, provided insight and guidance, and ultimately helped me decide on the best fit (literally - had to bring my giant dog in to make sure there was enough cargo space!) Sam is honest and I am so appreciative of that. Sam has been involved throughout all portions of the sale and made sure I knew next steps. Jordon was awesome during the finance portion and had everything organized and ready to go. Wade is a great teacher and I have never had that great of service related to a vehicle delivery. I usually dread car shopping and all that goes with it and try to avoid it all cost, but starting with Sam through to Jordon and Wade they took all the anxiety and stress out of it for me. Thank you to them and well done Lexus of Brookfield for having such a reliable and wonderful trio to deal with. More
