Great experience after stressful situation I ended up having my last car fail on me the night before my husband left for a business trip. I had to get kids to school and sports events and I had I ended up having my last car fail on me the night before my husband left for a business trip. I had to get kids to school and sports events and I had to get to work - luckily I was able to (barely) get the old car to the dealership the next morning. Nate the manager got the process started with my trade-in and Sam was able to get me the new Lexus RX350 with the options I wanted - he helped talk me through the process and get everything set up quickly. Jordan in Finance was also extremely helpful with the lease process and helped make sure we were able to quickly get through everything and talked me through the financial portion to make sure it was all clear. I signed that day and am extremely happy with the new car. I appreciate all of their help and overall had a great experience. More

This was the first time I experienced a “technology expert” that walked me through all my car could do and set me up before I left the lot. Then they topped off by adding a dozen roses! Good experience buying with Lexus I did not buy a car with this dealership, but I accompanied my mother when she bought her new Lexus. She have a positive experience overall, and all the employees were very personable and nice. I could not give a perfect rating for the following reasons. First, they failed to ask what time of day would be best to communicate, and as a result, she was bothered continuously during the middle of the busy work day. Second, the technology specialist was knowledgable and a great teacher, but at first, he was a bit curt in answering questions. After explaining, my mother experiences great frustration with technology, he opened up and was wonderful. Lastly, during the finance portion of the Lexus experience, my mom felt rushed, and at one point, another employee entered the room to discuss another customer in front of us. The finance specialist repeatedly explained things to me first, although I was not the customer. As a whole, the experience was excellent, but there was room for improvement. More
