Outstanding Service Travelling through Kansas City with a U-Haul trailer on our way to St Louis the engine began to misfire.It was 6:30 in the morning and thought best to Travelling through Kansas City with a U-Haul trailer on our way to St Louis the engine began to misfire.It was 6:30 in the morning and thought best to take to a local dealership. Was greeted by Jim Howard at 7:00. He was very friendly,professional and empathetic to our situation. He helped unhook the trailer and said a technician could look at it at 8:00. Shortly after 8:00 we talked to Sam Bell and they discovered the problem. The only issue they could not get a part until noon and we would be on the road by 1:00. Sam came back 45 minutes later saying they found the part at another dealer. We were back on the road around 9:30. Simply outstanding service! Both gentlemen went above and beyond - Thank you! More

Repeated service issue I do not have an issue with Blue Springs Ford, but i do have an issue with a Ford quality issue with my 2015 Ford F-150 Lariat rear view camera proble I do not have an issue with Blue Springs Ford, but i do have an issue with a Ford quality issue with my 2015 Ford F-150 Lariat rear view camera problem. I have had this issue to the dealer FOUR times to get it corrected with only 23800 miles on vehicle. The last time was 10/16/18 and hopefully this time it is repaired, time will tell. I am glad I purchased a Zurich Comprehensive service agreement when I purchased the truck and I paid my $100 dollar deductible, which I don't believe I should have been responsible for because of the number of times the issue had been repaired. I do want to say the people at Blue Springs Ford service tried to take care of the problem. More
